Alpha Business Park, Coventry

This dilapidated unit at Alpha Business Park was in a serious state of disrepair. 

Primera utilised the many trades that we have at our disposal in order to get it ready for letting by our client.

We cleared the unit and disposed of all items within it. We installed new lighting and a new ceiling in the washroom areas. We decorated throughout and finally installed a new epoxy resin floor, to finish off another incredible transformation.
