Rossmore House, Leamington Spa

We have undertaken a number of general maintenance repairs at Rossmore House in Leamington Spa, demonstrating the diverse range of general building solutions and maintenance tasks that Primera can deliver on.

Some of these have included installing a new hand-made and bespoke pier cap, replacing slabs at the front of the building, installing a new fire exit door, undertaking various render repairs to the external elevations and installing new knee rail fencing in the car park.
