As January 2022 comes to an end, we felt it was an ideal moment to reflect on some of our job highlights from last year. One thing that surprised and encouraged us, as we moved through the pandemic, was a resurgence in the office refurbishments market.

When I first started with Primera the term dilapidation took on a new meaning, I’d always thought it was exclusively about a building being in a state of disrepair and decay but in fact I soon learnt that the term ‘dilapidations’ is multifaceted.
