For this shop refurbishment in Solihull we provided our client with a newly refreshed space, which was ready for letting.

We cleared the shop of existing fixtures and fittings, and removed stud walling to open up the space. We refreshed and repaired the lighting and decorated throughout, including the shop frontage. We also repaired and restored the flooring. The effect of which creates a renewed, light and airy environment.

The project was delivered on time and to budget, and our client was very happy with the finished result.
