Unit 1, Athena Court, Leamington Spa

This office refurbishment at Athena Court in Leamington Spa is an excellent example of the polished finish we offer our clients at Primera.  

By making simple but effective changes this office space is now newly refreshed and ready for let. We cleared the office space of all furnishings, and then we decorated throughout.  We installed new Desso Essence carpet tiles to revitalise the flooring and installed Burmatex’s Grimebuster entrance matting to provide an effective flooring solution to a high traffic area.  The result gives the space a fresh and bright finish, which our client was incredibly happy with.
