Office Refurbishment

Our latest project has just been completed at Tower Court in Coventry. This office refurbishment is great example of how making simple changes can make a huge difference. The finished result is a fantastic open plan office environment that’s ready to go on the market.

Firstly, we removed all of the existing stud partitioning in order to transform the space. We then also removed an existing breakfast bar in the kitchen area. We then removed all of the existing carpet tiles and vinyl flooring. We then rebuilt both of the entrance bannisters in order to create a visual entry and exit point to the office, and to provide a framework around the sloped floor area.

The electrical floor boxes were replaced throughout the office and any other redundant electrics were also removed. The emergency lighting and electrical wiring were also inspected and fully tested by our electricians.

Another large element of the works was to replace the flooring throughout. We replaced the carpet tiles with Burmatex’s Go To range in Coal Grey and we fitted Polyflor’s Polysafe Wood fx vinyl in the kitchen area. We then decorated the walls, woodwork, and metal windows with a fresh coat of paint to give a light and airy look.

We rejuvenated this office environment by making some extremely effective changes to create a wonderful fresh space with a high-quality finish. Our client was delighted with the completed works.
