Case Study

Pegasus House, Warwick

We have recently completed this large-scale office refurbishment at Pegasus House in Warwick, which comprised of two separate units. The newly revitalised spaces are now ready to be occupied by a new tenant.

We first removed some existing stud wall partitioning to open up the office spaces. We then decorated throughout, to provide a clean and refreshed environment.  In addition to this we removed old blinds, which helped to create a light and airy feel within the offices.

We then replaced all of the carpet tiles within the building with Burmatex’s Go To range, injecting border details and colour to create a smart and sophisticated final look.  We also installed Burmatex’s Grimebuster matting to both entrances.

We worked closely with the parties involved in this project and they were extremely satisfied with the finished result.  This project demonstrates how making simple and cost-effective changes can reinvigorate a space with a fresh and polished look.
