Office & Warehouse Refurbishment

We have just completed our latest office and warehouse refurbishment on this new unit in Holbrook Park in Coventry. We made cost effective changes to adapt the space to work for our client. This involved creating a new office space on the first floor and a structure in the warehouse area to create a space for two toilets and a kitchen.

Firstly, we removed the barrier from the first floor mezzanine area and constructed a fire rated, insulated stud wall with two windows. We then installed a new ceiling grid with LED sky panel lighting, along with dado trunking with multiple twin sockets. We then decorated the new wall and throughout the internal office space. We finished the area by installing Burmatex carpet tiles in a charcoal grey.

In the warehouse we built an internal structure to house two separate toilets and a kitchen area. In each area we installed a new ceiling grid with LED lighting panels. We then installed all services to the new kitchen and toilets. We fitted a new toilet and sink to each toilet, and under-counter water heater to feed both the toilets and kitchen. We then installed a new modern kitchen with new electrical sockets, skirting boards and a fire door. We also decorated the new structure both internally and externally. We fitted Polyflor vinyl flooring in a light grey, as well as grey hygienic wall cladding to create a splash back in the toilets and kitchen.

In the warehouse we installed new LED high bay lighting and installed new protective barriers in various locations. In addition to this we installed fork lift charging points and fitted hygienic wall cladding along the wall in the warehouse where our client required a preparation area.

Emergency lighting was also installed where required and the electrical wiring was also inspected and fully tested by our electricians. We also installed a new fire alarm system, with smoke detectors and call points.

The office and warehouse area was transformed and reconfigured to perfectly accommodate the needs of our client’s business, and they were delighted with the finished result.
