Units 9-10, Hales Industrial Park, Coventry

This dilapidation project at Hales Industrial Park, Coventry demonstrates the level of transformation that we at Primera Contracts can deliver.

This was a former automotive workshop that we cleaned and removed all of the items that had remained within. We then decorated throughout and installed new energy efficient LED lighting. We fitted new rubber tiles and vinyl flooring to the office and kitchen/rest areas. We then finished the job with a specialist epoxy resin floor. The finished result was an immaculate space to handover to our client that was fit for purpose and ready to let.
