Unit 2, Argosy Court, Coventry

We have just completed this large office refurbishment project at Argosy Court in Coventry. This detached office block needed revitalising so that it could go on to the market ready for letting or sale.  We think the before and after photos speak for themselves and demonstrate how the space has been totally transformed.  At Primera we understand how making a few significant, but cost-effective changes, can totally revive a workplace.  

We began this project by removing and disposing of the existing internal partitioning to create a fantastic open plan office, that gives flexibility to the new occupier with their future layouts. We then replaced ceiling tiles where needed and decorated throughout with a fresh coat of paint, all of which delivers that light and airy finish. 

One of the major aspects of the project was to replace all of the ceiling lighting with new LED panel lights. Not only does this reduce energy usage, making it a much more cost-effective option in the longer term, it also provides more conducive lighting within the office environment.  

Finally, we replaced the flooring throughout.  Here we supplied and installed Desso Essence Maze carpet tiles in all of the main office spaces, providing an eye-catching geometric pattern in a neutral grey colour.  We then replaced the nosings on the staircase, and laid Desso Essence carpet tiles on the staircase and in the entrance foyer. 

Overall, the finished refurbishment provided our client with a stunning and refreshed space that they were incredibly pleased with.  The neutral palette creates the perfect modern office environment for any new occupier to move into immediately.
